Since he was 13 years old, Rey Pimentel began to practice his skills in the field of design and start to develop the skills needed to run a business.
He began to work on his design skills in his hometown in the Dominican Republic.
His mother was a dressmaker and shared her knowledge of fashion and design with Rey.
Rey wanted to expand his business beyond his small town. In 2001, he moved to Boston to continue his work.
He worked for another design and tailoring company for 9 years while he was transitioning to live in the United States.
He became a valuable member of the community and learned new skills to help him in the world of design.
