Desiree Nouwen

My name is Desiree and I am a professional volleyball player, playing now in Spain. Aside from volleyball I am taking spanish classes at the university in San Cristobal de La Laguna and I'm writing blogs about all kinds of things that interest/inpsire me. Topsports was a tough chapter in my life! It brought me amazing experiences (playing European cup, winning Dutch medals and playing in Canada & Spain) but it takes a lot of time (25 hours of practice a week), pain en effort to keep achieving new goals or to get better.
Now, I achieved everything I wanted within volleybal and I'm almost ready to put all my experiences into a new challenge.

I love to learn more, work hard, travel and share all the beautiful moments with you.
