I am a passionate entrepreneur at heart who is excited to connect with other like minded women to share insights and help each other grow.

I was born and raised in North Dakota and still call it home. I will be the first to tell you that I prefer beaches and ocean over the cold and the snow, but I love the land and people of ND. If you haven’t been here, I recommend you come and visit!

So getting back to the shortened version of ”who I am”. First and foremost; I am a wife to my wonderful husband Neal and a mother to three beautiful children. I am an overly optimistic entrepreneur who loves getting in the trenches to problem solve and get results. Like most entrepreneurs, I have many interests and so far have been able to explore most of them. My history has been working with my husband as he grew his chiropractic practice, owning my own photography studio for over 10 years and loving it, working with so many wonderful like minded people from all around the globe through the direct sales industry, business and marketing consulting with business owners, served as the Executive Director for the ND Women’s Business Center in which we were awarded the National Women's Business Center of Excellence Award. Today, I get to serve as Director of Operations at Maxwell Leadership Foundation and EQUIP and as EP to our EVP of both Foundations.
