I am an independent chef currently running a Greek food stall at Maltby Street market in Bermondsey. Passionate about food, expert in Greek and Mediterranean cuisine. I pride myself to de a strong believer in quality of locally sourced product, fresh seasonal food and professionalism within the catering industry.
Along with the stall, I am organising supper clubs and private events and cookery lessons. My working experience also includes, sous chef at The Greek Larder restaurant, in King's Cross, lead chef at French and Grace restaurant in Brixton - Middle Eastern food and a head chef at E5 bakehouse for two years, cooking and serving fresh lunch using beautiful local and seasonal ingredients.
Additional 9 eight years of experience in management positions, involving digital media and marketing.
