Before being introduced to the "Zumba Fitness" Program I was shy, depressed and of course overweight. I had joined a gym about 3 1/2 years ago and I was growing bored of the fitness equipment. I was introduced to the "Zumba" program 5 years ago and I have been hooked since! During that time I had lost over 80 pounds doing "Zumba" combined with a Healthy Diet, Weight Training, and a 1-2 additional cardio machine workout a week! Then after I started taking more classes! I never set foot on a machine again! This program is perfect for those who want a moderate to high paced/low impact workout but have fun while doing it! Since then I've been keeping up with "Zumba" and I'm now a LICENSED ZUMBA INSTRUCTOR!!! A "zumba" class feels so much like a party rather than exercise! You dance to wonderful music and work every part of your body! You can burn between 500-1000 calories per hour during a "Zumba" Class! Depening on how much you put into it. And you can't help but to give it your all!
