A little bio on me:

My full name is Daniel Jon Stelmach tho much better known as Dethmetal Dan. I have a background in broadcasting and broadcasting arts as well As currently work for an audio video studio called the indie spot here in bay city mi. I began playing guitar at the age of 5. I am a self taught musician of many sorts my main forte is guitar but can also play bass drums piano and pretty much anything with strings on it. I began my musical endeavors with a band called atomica in the fall of 1998. That band was short lived and thru a few member changes became the local thrash metal powerhouse of Serrated. We played all over Michigan and was is the process of releasing our debut album when we decided at add a dedicated singer. That caused the demise of the band. After that I took some time off the band scene and moved to Detroit where I had other musician friends did a small amount of writing over the course of 3 years and decided to move back to my home town of Bay City. There I teamed up with my former drummer of atomica and former award winning rapper Johnny Zero along with his rapper friend U.D. formed a band called Xero Signal. We got to work writing and in just a few months time had enough material to start doing local shows. (Video links attached) and in a very short time were opening up for the likes of Kittie DevilDriver and non point and played at such venues as Harpos in Detroit and The Machine Shop in Flint mi as well as the DM3 fest is port Huron mi. This also was short lived unfortunately the singer got cancer and the bass player went back to school and the drummer and I both had a child around this time. So needless to say that band also fell apart within a short time. After Xero Signal me and the Drummer formed another band with former bassist of gryncore called From Falling Skies. With from falling skies played the machine shop 3 times played DM3 fest again then the drummers work schedule got turned around and with his son no longer had time to practice as well as the bassist living 45 min away and working 70 hours a week and the singer not really being very dedicated led to the demise of that band. About 2 months went by and the ex guitarist of serrated had formed a new band called Chop House. Chop House was comprised of the former drummer of Downseed the ex singer and bassist of Just. And the Guitar duo of Serrated. We played regional shows toured with Like A Storm. currently I am on a solo endeavour and writing!
