Devendra joined Infogain on Sep-19th 2013, is working as a Corporate Techncal Recruiter and taking care of end to end recruitment for client APPLE. He specializes in finding top talent for his clients and career opportunities for his professional candidates. Before joining Infogain Devendra worked for 7months in Tech Mahindra Ltd., which is a part of the USD 16.2 billion Mahindra Group and is a leading global systems integrator and business transformation consulting organization, focused primarily on the telecommunications industry. There he focused on consulting in areas of all types of employments (contract, FTE, CTH) and supported for numerous direct clients(Such as AT&T, VERIZON, NSN, T-MOBILE, MOTOROLA, CENTURYLINK, BELLC etc) while working closely with Corporate Managers & Sales Leadership team (Vice President, Programme Director, Sr. Program Manager, Sr. Project manager, Delivery Manager, Customer Delivery Head (CDH), Offshore Delivery Manager, and Principal Architect etc) to identify and document their hiring needs. Prior to TechM he worked in e-Solutions inc. for one year and 3months and supported to the Clients: CTS, TCS and before e-Solutions he was associated with Techsimex info systems.

With 3years of experience in developing strategies to support both internal and external client needs, Devendra has honed his skills in communications and implementing action plans. His ability to understand his clients' organizations and their needs positions him well for finding the right candidate for the right role.

Devendra combines his professional experience with technical master degree in Computer Science. Devendra is no stranger to recruiting, having spent 3 years as a Technical Recruiter in the IT & TELECOM industry taught his importance of understanding, direction, & dedication throughout the recruiting process.
