Deviant Adele

I am a 31 year old graphic designer and artist, working a full-time job as designer and office manager.

I am not the most wordsy poet nor an established novelist – In fact, I am the utmost of introverts and suck at verbalising myself. If stealth were a colour, I would wear it every day. Not to mention the awkwardness of my existence and the compulsion to roll into a spiny ball with every clumsy move I make.

I started my blog "The Hedgehog and the Horse" to create awareness about living with a mental illness and share my journey to self-exploration, recovery and taking life by the horns, hoping that my journey may encourage others.
