Devin Cahn

Devin Cahn has been a pivotal figure in the swimming pool industry for nearly forty years. He is renowned for his innovative leadership and commitment to fostering a culture of mutual respect and excellence. His approach, deeply grounded in family values and transparency, has significantly reshaped the landscape of the industry.

After graduating Magna Cum Laude from Florida State University in 1985, he initially moved to New York, where he started his career under the mentorship of his father, a respected industry leader. This foundational period equipped him with the essential skills and knowledge to navigate the complex dynamics of the industry.

After spending a year in New York, he returned to Florida, motivated by the constant demand for swimming pool services. Here, he implemented his father's business model, eventually expanding his operations across the southeastern region due to his growing reputation and entrepreneurial spirit.

In 1996, he ventured into Atlanta, marking the beginning of a significant expansion that would later include the western United States in 2002, the northeastern region in 2014, and Texas in 2021. Leading a dedicated team of over 35 employees, he places a strong emphasis on creating a positive workplace culture and maintaining robust vendor relationships, which are critical for the success of his business.

He has been recognized with numerous awards for his relentless pursuit of excellence, including the prestigious "Salesman of the Decade" title from CMP. His memberships in the Beta Gamma Sigma Business Honor Society and Alpha Mu Alpha further attest to his esteemed status in both academic and professional circles.

Beyond his professional commitments, he is an avid sports fan, regularly attending games for FSU Football, Tampa Bay Bucs, and Tampa Bay Lightning. He has a passion for coin collecting, which adds a unique layer to his personality.

Philanthropically, he is deeply involved in various causes, particularly those that teach swimming to children—a reflection of his professional background. Additionally, he actively supports his temple, demonstrating his commitment to spiritual life and community service.
