Devmalya is an innovator, researcher and bio-engineer with a keen eye for identifying and evaluating unmet needs and creating solutions that improve clinical outcomes.An alumnus of Stanford India Biodesign, University of Manchester and Manipal University, his background in bioengineering, an avid interest in human physiology, coupled with a passion for innovation has led him to devise bespoke solutions for patients across a wide spectrum of healthcare needs spanning sleep apnea, respiratory distress, hearing impairment, diabetes, work related musculo-skeletal disorders and cerebral palsy.
Dev’s motivation, skill-set and multifaceted training enables him to bring a fresh and unique perspective; something that has helped both startups and multinational organizations identify key areas for growth, seize new business opportunities as well as make faster and more efficient decisions towards advancing improvements in health. Identifying new challenges and innovating simple, feasible yet high-impact solutions that improve lives is where he finds his calling – a feeling that is concurrently gratifying, exhilarating and also translates to great learning experiences along the way. Passionate about designing and implementing novel strategies, products and processes that save and improve lives, Dev likes de-constructing problems and finding answers to the ‘IS, CAN and WILL’.
