Devon earned his Master of Public Administration and holds a B.A. in Psychology. He has over 15 years of experience creating and delivering nationally recognized community programs providing professionals, fathers, youth and families with the tools to become more effective leaders. He has served on various city and statewide councils, committees and organizations that produce grants for non-for profit organizations and improve service delivery.
