How does it work and how will it save me money?

First you must understand how a traditional listing transaction works in order to understand the savings. There is an unspoken code that has been followed through the years of real estate wherein the seller pays the listing agency a commission of 3% and the buyer’s agency a commission of 3%. This brings the total commission to 6% paid out by the seller. At Apex Realty we are waiving the traditional 3% commission and charging a simple flat processing fee of only $495!

So all I’m paying to list my home is $495???

What about the buyer’s agency commission of 3%?

We are turning the buyer’s agency commission into an exciting incentive to get your home sold faster for the max price possible! Instead of offer the traditional 3% we are shaking things up and offering 3.5% in order to incentivize agents and create a frenzy of buyers!
