I have been cooking and creating recipes since I was a little girl. I first started cooking with my grandmother. I call her "Memom". But she always will be so much more than that, she is the reason I cook. I would always watch her when she was in the kitchen, trying to remember her every move, writing down every recipe, and tasting every element of a dish. She always has been the inspiration behind my cooking, because you can always taste the love that she puts in her food. Now, I am a student at the Culinary Institute of Virginia pursuing my dream to become a chef.
