Hello, I am Dewey Hinds. For the past 35 years, I have been selling land in California to major builders and land developers as well as representing major landowners. I have had the pleasure of representing some of the finest builders and developers not only in the state of California but national builders as well. Additionally, I am a licensed General Engineering contractor in California since 1973 (Lic # 275915) and have constructed improvements for dozens of residential subdivision, industrial parks as well as office complexes.
