I am a Learning & Development Strategist and Civil Engineer with 15+ years of experience designing training systems, competency frameworks, and capability-building programs that transform how organizations learn and perform.
I began my journey in 2009, joining the Industrial Training Fund (ITF) as a Training Development Officer III. Over the years, I rose through the ranks to become a Principal Training Development Officer, contributing to national training strategy, institutional curriculum development, vocational standards, and digital learning adoption. I served at ITF from 2009 until my resignation in January 2025.
In 2017, I founded FrontRow Engineering Ltd, bringing engineering precision into construction supervision, civil/structural design, and technical training for field teams.
In 2025, I launched Sagacia Catalyst Consulting, where I help organizations build structured learning systems, intelligent training manuals, and AI-powered performance tools.

This allows organizations to scale learning with speed, precision, and consistency—delivering digital courses that are engaging, multilingual, cost-effective, and institutionally aligned.
My work blends engineering rigor, instructional design mastery, and AI innovation to help organizations move from information overload to clarity, competence, and execution.
