Serving as the Chief Technology Officer for the State of Utah is my latest adventure. Spain is my favorite destination. Digital government is my current passion. I have studied languages of many cultures, including Spanish, Chinese, Thai, Greek, Lithuanian, Russian, and maintain an interest in all of them. I miss the life I had in Guadalajara (Mexico), but have a constant eye on the future.
