Who we are is simply an aggregate of emotion, ideology, familial history, and personal experience. We are no more and no less than expressed variations of a basic formula. What I do know is that I'm complex, difficult, stubborn to a fault, firm in my beliefs, and never simply satisfied with what I have achieved. I believe in following your heart and not following others. I believe we all have the responsibility to take care of each other and that sometimes the right thing is the hardest thing to do. I have family and friends that I love with all my heart, and I know that I am thankful for what I have, not envious of what I don't have. And I bleed maple syrup.
