I am Dhananjay Kumar Tiwari, a passionate social worker based in Gurgaon, with over a decade of experience in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), social development, and community empowerment. My work spans across diverse sectors including education, skill development, women’s empowerment, disability inclusion, healthcare, and environmental sustainability.

With a strong foundation in project management, I have successfully led and executed impactful programs for both government and non-governmental organizations. My approach combines grassroots understanding with strategic planning, ensuring that every initiative aligns with community needs, regulatory frameworks, and long-term sustainability goals.

Over the years, I have designed and managed projects that have benefited thousands—empowering rural women through tailoring and entrepreneurship training, improving digital literacy and foundational education among youth, and advocating for inclusive education and livelihood access for persons with disabilities.

I bring expertise in monitoring and evaluation, stakeholder engagement, team leadership, and financial oversight. I have hands-on experience with tools like MIS, Theory of Change models, and digital survey platforms such as KoboToolbox and SurveyCTO for data-driven decision-making. I’m also proficient in proposal writing, reporting, and impact assessments aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
