Prasad Nidhi

Hey, I’m Prasad. I’m a business owner of a company named Dhanbad Lab Instruments India Pvt Ltd.

I have completed my B. Tech degree in Electronics and Communication from the Jawahar Lal Nehru Technical University in Kakinada. From my college days, I have always had a dream of becoming a successful entrepreneur. Since then, I have started to work on my goals. Yes, everything starts from scratch. Likewise, I have to begin my career from a point. I joined a private company in the job role of Product Engineer. This is how I took my first step toward my dream. I worked in the sales and marketing department for some years. My job role was a motivation for me to dream big. I have learned to work on my strength and weakness. It was high time to focus on my entrepreneurship goal. In my academic journey, I was very clear about my chosen path. Later, I started my own business, Dhanbad Lab Instruments India Pvt Ltd, on 7th September 2012.

As an individual, I thought of being engulfed with challenges to bring out my best. This led me to continue learning and grow as an individual dealing with different experiences. Hence, I suggest whatever path we choose, we need to work on the field without distraction constantly. And our only goal is to achieve it irrespective of the challenges and circumstances. My academic progress and performance have always been beneficial in my career, and the best thing was that they became more applicable to shape my professional skills.

So, it’s nothing that great starting a business because the challenges to facing the problems were on their way. The ultimate great thing is how we implement the strategies to work on the business progress despite the challenges. After all these struggles, I made significant progress with the team. I put a lot of time and even noticed the team working unitedly. I observed the personal sacrifices of my team. I noticed every little thing during the struggling days. Altogether we made excellent outcomes facing the uphill struggle. The road full of challenges cleared. We reached the success point.

This was my unimaginable 13 years of experience in the business. I have learned a simple thing; our work doesn’t only improve our lives but also the community and customers’ lives. Therefore, business is not only about self-success and improvement but also about enhancing the customer’s life.
