After completing my MSc in Management and International Business from Nottingham Trent University (UK), I gained experience across multiple industries that strengthened my communication, analytical thinking, and project management skills.

Throughout my career, I've worked in roles that required collaborating with diverse teams, engaging with clients and candidates, managing projects, and improving business processes. Whether it's qualifying leads, coordinating stakeholders, supporting HR operations, or executing marketing initiatives, I enjoy working in environments where I can make a measurable impact.

My Professional Journey

Pre-Sales & Business Development
Currently, I work in a pre-sales role where I engage with prospective candidates, understand their career goals, qualify leads, and coordinate consultations with senior placement consultants. This role has strengthened my communication, relationship-building, CRM management, and sales operations skills.

Project Management & HR Operations
As a Project Specialist Intern at Abhyaz, I supported HR operations, managed documentation, coordinated with cross-functional teams, monitored project progress, and helped improve internal processes.

Digital Marketing
As a freelance digital marketer, I've managed social media campaigns, created marketing content, designed creatives using Canva, and executed Meta advertising campaigns. I've also developed educational content and digital resources for niche audiences.

Construction & Operations
