Hi, I’m Dhanraj Yadav Madhugani — a curious learner, creative thinker, and hands-on professional with experience across business development, digital marketing, project management, and HR operations.

After completing my MSc in Management and International Business from Nottingham Trent University, I’ve gained diverse, real-world experience across industries — blending strategic thinking with on-ground execution.

In this role, I led HR-focused initiatives while supporting project planning, documentation, and team coordination. I collaborated with multiple departments to ensure smooth project delivery and communication.

🔹 Freelance Digital Marketing
I’ve independently handled end-to-end digital campaigns — from content creation to running Facebook (Meta) ads. Notably, I worked with a yoga brand for moms-to-be and also created an educational book on classical dance using Canva, showcasing my creative and research skills.

🔹 Construction & Site Management (Dhanraj Constructions)
Over the past 10 years, I’ve overseen operations in my family’s construction business, managing labor, materials, clients, and on-site execution. I’ve successfully delivered multiple residential and commercial projects, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.

🔹 Student Enterprise Intern @ NTU
Here, I supported NTU’s budding entrepreneurs by organizing events, workshops, and mentoring sessions — encouraging innovation and helping students turn ideas into action.

Currently, I’m focused on roles in business development, marketing, project coordination, and HR, where I can apply my diverse skill set to support growth, streamline operations, and build strong partnerships.

And beyond work? I’m a passionate foodie who believes every great idea begins over a plate of Hyderabadi Biryani!
