Dhaval Jadav

Dhaval Jadav co-founded alliantgroup, a tax consultancy firm, alongside Shane Frank in 2002 and now serves as its chief executive officer. alliantgroup’s mission is to strengthen American businesses by ensuring maximization of federal and state tax credits, incentives and deductions. Dhaval’s vision to impact U.S. businesses led to the founding of alliantgroup, which now helps thousands of companies claim valuable credits and incentives.

Prior to co-founding alliantgroup, Dhaval Jadav worked in both the public and private sectors, each position playing a strategic role in alliantgroup’s inception. He started his career at Deloitte & Touche in the Washington National Office. Later he began working in the Internal Revenue Service’s Houston District Counsel, affording him government experience. Dhaval consulted on mergers and acquisitions for various companies in Silicon Valley. He has lent expertise to various firms and consulting partners, including DSquared Tax and ZMFF&J, and has contributed articles to a number of industry publications, most recently on Industry Week.

Dhaval Jadav grew up in Texas and California. After studying Biology and English at Houston Baptist University, he pursued his Master of Laws in Taxation at Georgetown Law. Dhaval is a licensed attorney in the state of Texas, where he currently resides with his family.
