Dhaval Jadav is a licensed attorney in Texas and the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of alliantgroup, a Houston-based national tax consultancy whose mission is to ensure small and mid-sizedbusinesses in the United States claim their share of government allocated tax incentives and credits.

Born in Manhattan, Dhaval Jadav grew up primarily in Texas and California. While in San Francisco, he advised high-technology companies as a member of a Mergers & Acquisitions/Private Equity/StrategicBuyer Services Group.

Beyond helping businesses get the most out of their tax returns, Dhaval Jadav is passionate about STEM education. Through alliantgroup's Blue Heart Fund and similar initiatives, Dhaval Jadav has been able to give back to the Houston community and young STEM students and professionals.
