Dhiren Vora

Dhiren VoraFounder and Owner of HN Safal Group a Real Estate Venture Headquartered in Ahmedabad, Dhiren Vora started his career as a full-time stock broker at his firm H Nyalchand Financial Services.

In 2001, Dhiren Vora joined Safal Group promoter Rajesh Brahmbhatt and worked as a silent player while his partner remained the face of the group. The company worked on some remarkable projects, which included Suyog, their first plotted development project and Saket, the group’s first plotted development project in AUDA R3 Zone.

Launched in 2001, Suyog came at a time when the state of Gujarat was severely hit by a devastating earthquake. Saket, launched in 2004, was unique since it was the first time Dhiren Vora introduced various thermal insulation environmental interface technologies in commercial buildings.

In 2010, Dhiren Vora split up from his long-time partner and started what we now know as HN Safal Group. With plans to set up a number of realty projects, including a township, Dhiren Vora shifted his entire concentration towards realty business.
