Dhonisharam Shiva

I’m Shiva Dhonisharam, a Mechanical Engineering graduate from JNTUH with a passion for building purposeful ventures and meaningful connections.

Currently working as a Pre-Sales Engineer at CtrlS, I am also working as COO of PropKonnect, a prop-tech real estate platform focused on simplifying property discovery and investment. Alongside, I’m building Anvsa, a crowd-fundraising platform designed to support grassroots causes and changemakers.

Since my early college days, I’ve been deeply involved in leadership, NGO initiatives (Aasya Foundation), and startup ecosystems — including active roles with JNTUH, JTBI Incubation, and Aasya Foundation during the pandemic. I was honored to be selected for Jagriti Yatra 2025, a national entrepreneurial journey with 525 changemakers across India, which deeply shaped my entrepreneurial mindset.
