Dick Hourigan

I am a Retired US Army Special Forces, Lieutenant Colonel and an Analytical Chemist who has been in the Water Treatment Industry since January of 1973. In December of 1992, I founded Richard Hourigan, Inc., as a Illinois Water treatment Company serving Illinois and Southern Wisconsin Customers. In November of 2007, I started our Web Site on the Internet with the URL of www.RichardHouriganInc.com. In March of 2009 I opened www.TheWaterTreatmentStore.com to sell our water treatment products in a global market. In January of 2010 I opened www.MissedPerceptions.com which is a forum/blog. The purpose of this addition is to facilitate communication with global customers. In early 2011 I relocated my company headquarters to the state of Delaware. This state with its large number of corporate headquarters can serve as a power projection platform to propel our global sales objectives.
