If found unconcious or believed to be drunk, please give sugar and call 999 immediately.

I usually carry some sweets to treat Hypoglycaemia (Low Blood Sugar), anything with sugar in it will help raise my Blood Sugar back to normal levels. Hypo Symptoms include:

- sweating
- dizziness
- tiredness (fatigue)
- blurred vision
- trembling or shakiness
- anxiety or irritability
- going pale
- fast pulse or palpitations
- difficulty concentrating
- confusion
- disorderly or irrational behaviour, which may be mistaken for drunkenness

I also suffer from Sleep Apnea and cannot breathe without a CPAP oxygen machine when sleeping or unconcious so need oxygen if unconcious.
