Compassion is as important to me as intellect.

Me: I practice Mindfulness Meditation, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and yoga. I enjoy hiking, organic and drought tolerant gardening, and vegetarian cooking. As a slow foodie lifestylist, I aim for good health, clarity and simplicity in my daily life.

Other: I'm an avid reader, film junkie, and enjoy prancing around the great outdoors, beach and mountains.
