Dr. Gilmer Echols is an entrepreneur, a knowledge management expert and business professional with over 10 years of experience leading, managing resources and operations; helping firms and institutions realize operational, academic, and human capital goals. Dr. Gilmer Echols has successfully operated lucrative businesses in two countries and employs leadership behaviors that emphasize collaboration, a philosophy of empowerment, and emotional intelligence which motivated and inspired teams of exempt and non-exempt employees.
As an academic administrator, she has helped to shape the lives of thousands of students operating as an Associate Dean and a Chair for business schools; ensuring quality degree programs were developed, maintained, and improved for both graduate and undergraduate populations. She is skilled in degree program and corporate training program development from program design to evaluation. Dr. Gilmer Echols has also taught at the college and/or university levels for a variety of educational institutions mainly facilitating knowledge exchange for business and business related courses.
