Diana Vick is a steampunk enthusiast, who has been giving lectures and writing blogs about the topic for years now. She has been quoted in Locus and Women's Wear Daily magazines and was featured in Seattle Metropolitan magazine. She is the co-creator of one of the largest steampunk conventions in the world, Steamcon which was held in Seattle in the fall. She creates her own award winning costumes and props. Her passion for steampunk has also lead to story writing and illustration. She is most famous for her quote "steampunk needs historical accuracy like a dirigible needs a goldfish."
