James Jones is the founding Executive Director of company name here, with over 25 years experience and having been selected due to his tremendously successful background in creating high performance high schools.

His passion for a student centered learning environment iscontagious as putting the needs of students at the focus of all we do is his driving philosophy of education.

James has created some of the highest performing secondary schools with an educational framework based upon Rigor/Relevance/Relation-ships. His research based approach to instruction has received much recognition as the results of stellar academic achievement, high collegeadmissions rates and creating powerful school cultures where all staff go above and beyond to meet the needs of students have been thehallmarks of his schools.

Creating great schools is a by-product of all systems performing well, according to Mr. James Jones. School is not just preparing students

for their future lives, effective schools understand that school is life for most students and we must be focused upon engaging students in

all aspects of their world: academics, athletics, performing arts, student activities, cocurricular clubs, social-emotional education, providing

avenues for community service and providing counseling and guidance for students and parents.
