Diana Garcia is an Arizona native currently residing in Prescott, Arizona. She has a journalism degree from the Walter Cronkite School of Broadcasting & Journalism, Arizona State University.

She is a researcher, photojournalist, performance poet, and storyteller, and has written for television, radio, and newsprint. Diana has also worked as a curriculum writer for adult quality systems training in the production field; and, for K-12 education.

Short stories of varying genres are her favored story telling medium, which have been published, along with her poetry, in a few anthologies. Diana is honored to have her current writing projects featured in anthologies by the wildly popular WPaD Publications, featuring the collected stories and poetry by multi-talented writers, poets, and deviants! Look for WPaD anthologies via Amazon.

She has performed and recited a collection of her poems at the Arizona Latino Arts Cultural Center in Phoenix, Arizona, for the World Poetry Festival. Her writing strongly reflects her Southwest cultural ties to her indigenous Mexihicah and Xicano heritage.

Diana is researching and writing a historical novel; as well as organizing her work for an upcoming anthology of her poetry and short stories.
