AHA Heartsaver CPR AED is designed to provide lay rescuers the ability to recognize several immediate life-

threatening emergencies and intervene in a safe, timely and effective manner. Participants will learn the

Chain of Survival, critical concepts of high-quality CPR, the differences between adult, child and infant

rescue techniques in addition to the following life-saving skills:

Automated External Defibrillation (AED)

CPR Pocket Mask Use

1- and 2- Rescuer Adult, Child and Infant Relief of Choking

1- and 2- Rescuer Adult, Child and Infant Rescue Breathing

1- and 2- Rescuer Adult, Child and Infant CPR

Participants may complete training by taking a traditional instructor-led classroom-based course -or- online
