Diana Hunter

Diana Hunter is a Senior Executive and Non-Executive Director with extensive business experience within the retail and wholesale sectors.

She now primarily focuses on her role as a Non-Executive Director, advising both national and international conglomerates and brands, from start-ups through to established corporations. Using her extensive 27 years of business experience with Sainsbury Plc, Waitrose Ltd and Conviviality, she imparts best practice business advice for business entities undertaking IPOs, M&A, Fundraising, Plc governance and strategic growth initiatives.

Diana Hunter splits her non-executive work across a number of companies. She has guided numerous internationally recognised companies such as Wolf and Badger, Downing Strategic Micro Cap Investment Trust Plc and the Wines and Spirits Trade Association, having previously held Trustee positions for The Benevolent and Family and Childcare Trust.
