Diana is driven by technology and impact. She is the founder of Global Shapers Riga hub, initiative powered by World Economic Forum. Global Shapers unites well over 8,000 young professionals worldwide and aims to create local impact initiatives.

For over two years Diana was heading the investment and operations processes at a venture capital fund Overkill Ventures. Previously she has worked in business development and sales in UK-based startup Edurio and Microsoft Latvia.

She is a frequent panelist and speaker on the topics of inclusion, youth empowerment, early-stage startups and venture capital. In 2019 Diana was named Forbes 30 under 30 in Finance & Technology.
