Diana Pinard
Diana Pinard has served as Director of Organizational Planning and Operations at the National Kidney Foundation of Hawaii since 2005. The position requires dedication to public outreach and health education. Pinard spearheads efforts such as the Kidney Cars program, which allows people to donate their cars in order to raise funds for the foundation. Diana Pinard provides leadership in the recruitment of organ and tissue donors in order to increase the availability of transplants for patients on the organ donor waiting list. After attending Gordon College, University of New Hampshire, and the New Hampshire College of Accounting, Pinard completed the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys training program and attended the Education Center at Dun & Bradstreet Credit Management. Diana Pinard owned the Federal Collection Corporation for 15 years. Previously, she served as the owner of the East Coast Home Guide for 13 years. A member of both the Association of Fundraising Professionals and the Hawaii Island Chamber of Commerce, Diana Pinard is committed to involvement within her community. She is a member of the Hawaii Donor Family Council, a chapter of the National Donor Family Council. Diana Pinard also volunteers for hospice, assisting in the care of terminally ill patients. She also gives to the Lupus Foundation of America. From 1992 through 1998, she volunteered her time at The Children's Connection, a holistic camp for sexually abused children, where she was President of the Board of Directors for three years. While Diana Pinard enjoys traveling to countries such as Paris and Austria, she and her husband call Hawaii their home. She is very close with her family and treasures time spent with her two grandchildren.
