My Story

Hello and welcome to my about me page! I am an African American lady living in Chicago, IL my African decent is Nigerian. I was born and raised in Houston, TX and also grew up in Boston, MA. I got my AA degree in Liberal Studies at Dean College in Franklin, MA. and decided to move to Chicago, IL to obtain a BA in Visual Communications at Loyola University of Chicago. I would like to start networking with others that are like minded. I love politics, arts, movies, music, fighting for social justice, growing as a professional in the mental health field and learning about new and exciting things to see and do. What I do

I work at a Trilogy, Inc. Behavorial Healthcare agency as a Employment Specialist in their Drop In Center called the Beacon.

I am an organizer of two groups which are Chicago Women Support and Advocacy Group and Chicago Wellness and Recovery Support on Meetup.com.

I am a leader and advocate for social justice for a grassroots organization called Organization of the Northeast (ONE).
