My field of expertise is in the food, beverage and hospitality industry.

I have always been drawn to the arts and have played the volin, clarinet, and piano and enjoy many genres of music.

I feel literature is the greatest tool for the exploration of the world past and present.

I am an adamant advocate and student of Alternative Medicine and the science of herbology.
