Diane Coffey

Diane’s travels have carried her through corporate boardrooms, into developing countries, and beyond the drawing board into uncharted territory. She has delivered vaccines for child hood diseases to Central and South America; returned traditional healing arts to the Fujian Province, China, and her scholarly research continues to explore themes, patterns, and shifting paradigms in contemporary culture and the human potential.

Diane thrives at the crossroads where collaboration meets forward thinking. Her work involves helping individuals (and often their organizations) to explore, shape, and circulate their ideas. An idea is a mental model, a pattern in our brains, an ideal of how things could be; a vision. Diane’s signature approach gives an idea a personality, a body with physical presence, a life force with a voice. She uses innovative tools and processes to inspire leadership and mobilize change.

Diane’s unique qualifications have placed her at every size company from the Fortune 100’s such as Bank of America and Wells Fargo Bank, to incubator start-ups. She has engaged with an intriguing array of people including corporate executives, social trailblazers, expert professionals, and impassioned amateurs. For Diane, playing a role is not about leading, but about admiring the cast in all of our varied characters. She is described as an inquisitive thinker driven by intellectual curiosity, passionate about powerful ideas, and valued as a mentor/teacher/adviser.
