Diane Reinhart is the vice president, business development and attraction at The Greater Springfield Chamber of Commerce since April 2009. Our resident "rainmaker" for The Chamber's Quantum Growth Partnership (Q5), Diane leads all aspects of business attraction, retention, expansion and prospect development efforts, in conjunction with the City of Springfield, Sangamon County, and other key economic development partners.

Diane brings to the table more than 30 years experience in state and local government. At the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity (DCEO), she was appointed Central Region Manager over 22 counties, providing community and economic development assistance in those areas. Prior to that, Diane worked as a statewide projects manager for DCEO, representing corporations and site selection firms looking to Illinois for their potential relocation or expansion.

Diane serves on the Board of the Illinois Development Council (IDC), and has been an active member of the International Economic Development Council, Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals, Industrial Asset Management Council, International Council of Shopping Centers, and CoreNet Global.

Outside of the office, Diane enjoys spending time with family and friends, golf, tennis, yoga, aerobics, great food and wine, travel, reading, and campfires.
