Diane Bacchus is a Human Resilience & MindFitness Advocate, Speaker, entrepreneur, and Co-Founder of Ahhaa, which she co-founded with former monk Ashwin Srisailam.

Diane has shared MindFitness and meditation practices with global leaders, including India’s Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, and her work has been featured in Rolling Stone India. She has spoken at the United Nations, including during UNGA80, and has delivered MindFitness experiences and programs for organizations including Harvard Medical School, Massachusetts General Hospital, Columbia University, Sony, the Aditya Birla Group, the NYPD, and New York City schools.

As Director of MindFitness Initiatives for the Foundation for the Support of the United Nations (FSUN), Diane advances global wellbeing, leadership, and human potential initiatives aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

Through collaborations with leaders, organizations, and changemakers—including Def Leppard drummer Rick Allen—Diane helps individuals and teams build awareness, resilience, and lasting personal growth. Her spoken-word teachings and reflections have reached audiences through platforms including Spotify, Apple Music, and Amazon Music.

Drawing from her experience as an entrepreneur, caregiver, and World Marathon Major runner, Diane brings a practical and deeply human approach to transformation. Today, she speaks, teaches, and coaches on MindFitness, resilience, leadership, and manifestation, helping people unlock their potential and create meaningful impact in their lives, organizations, and communities.
