As President and founder of Corporate Class Inc., Diane has been on a 30-year journey as an impression management expert. She has designed, created and implemented a comprehensive series of programs to polish the professional image of today’s business leaders. Diane is the creator of the only Executive Presence system now licensed internationally. For decades, Diane’s focus has been on helping individuals reach their potential based on her strong belief that no one should ever miss an opportunity to develop new relationships, lose a client, a promotion or a job only because of a lack of interpersonal skills or failure to recognize the impact our behaviours, communication skills and appearance has on our career success.

Diane has garnered international acclaim working with the who’s who in the business world. She has consulted with political leaders and celebrities, prepped guests of Royal families and prepared attendees of the G20 summit. Her expertise is sought by Fortune 500 companies, universities, media and North America’s top business schools.

Diane studied Haute Couture at the Richard Robinson Academy of Fashion Design. She refined her skills at the Protocol School of Washington and completed certificates in Intercultural Studies at the University of British Columbia and the Pacific University in Oregon.

Diane is a sought after keynote speaker at national business meetings and presents all-inclusive workshops to corporate groups across North-America. She regularly appears on National TV and radio, and is a favorite newspaper and magazine contributor.

Diane has received the Women of Inspiration Award from Canadian Living Magazine and Avon. She also won the Business Person of the Year Award from the Ottawa Greater Chamber of Commerce, and Toastmasters International has awarded Diane with the Communication and Leadership Award. In 2004 Diane was presented with the Meritorial Service Medal from the Governor General of Canada Adrienne Clarkson for her volunteer work in organ donation and transplantation.
