Diane Feliciano

I have devoted my career to building profitable and socially conscious businesses within a framework of corporate and social responsibility. When I show up at the door, I "Bring It" and have unleashed my strategic marketing and business management expertise on global corporations such as Siemens. Being at the forefront of organizational transformation is my sweet spot and while at Siemens I established and led the Diversity and Inclusion efforts for their Industry Sector and served on the Executive Steering Committee for the U.S. Women’s Affinity Network. I most recently set my cross-hairs on exercising my entrepreneurial drive and to that end co-founded a Biotechnology Start-Up Company called Biocosm Corp. in the San Francisco Bay Area. In addition to my love for the STEM disciplines, I also like to combine my business drive and market savvy with my long held interest in the transformative power of film, theatre and the arts. I co-founded the BolderLife Festival to fulfill one of my goals to convey messages of substance and social relevance through artistic mediums, bridging the arts with education. I utilize my extensive communications background to facilitate creative concepts which not only enhance the message of the BolderLife Festival, but draws together interest and support from local, national and international audiences on current social and cultural issues.
