Journalist in Mexico City, Mexico

For over three years, I have been working as a freelance multimedia journalist in Mexico City. I am the Mexico correspondent of French daily Le Figaro and energy-focused Argus Media, covering all things from politics, drug-trafficking, immigration, natural disasters and the sweeping energy reform.

My work has also appeared in The Guardian, Le Monde, TIME, Slate, Monocle and The American Lawyer. I've worked as a fixer on documentaries that have aired on French TV channels Canal+ and France2 and covered breaking news for all-news TV channel LCI.

I graduated from a dual masters degree between Sciences Po Paris and Columbia University in May 2012. I developed my reporting skills while covering a South Bronx neighborhood for several months, which gave me a taste for social-related stories and investigations. Topics included the criminal justice system, immigration issues, homelessness and drug addiction.
