Curious by design. Ethical Vegan.

I value words & trees,

birds & bees.

My mission is to be part of the solution, not part of the problem – and inspiring others to do the same. I educate myself, and make informed choices that minimize waste, reduce suffering, and promote good health on every level, for all stakeholders: humans, non-human animals, and the environment.

I have lived in complex multicultural communities in the US, the UK and Australia; from über-liberal cities to deeply conservative rural regions. Wherever/whoever my neighbors, I listen and learn from them all. And I know that genuine Equity begins with access to affordable, healthy foods and sustainable, ethical goods and services.

The ancient Greek philosophers and first Western scientists believed the world hides in small things and small changes. I’m Greek! And I’ve taken that value system to heart. No important idea gets implemented without attention to detail, collaboration, and drive.

A bit more: In December 2019, I earned an MA (with Distinction) in Anthrozoölogy at the University of Exeter, UK. I hold certifications as a Pet Loss Grief Recovery Specialist (PLGR-S), and a Human-Animal Intervention Specialist (HAIS-C). 100% of the profits from sale of the Gray and Nameless book series goes toward animal rights or conservation organizations.
