Alaska: the final frontier. These are the voyages of the food-obsessed Teekell girl. Her continuing mission: to explore strange new foods, to seek out new life and new civilizations, to boldly go where no man has gone before.

Diane works as a full-time 1st grade teacher in Anchorage. Though she is passionate about teaching, cooking keeps her sane. She enjoys the Alaskan outdoors and the many adventures it has to offer. Adventures and food also happen go together nicely. Most of all, she loves to cook and eat, particularly with friends and loved ones.

Diane loves her little house in Anchorage and all of the projects that have made it home. She and her husband Chris recently built a rad pad with an spectacular kitchen in Seward where they love to hang out, wine & dine.
