A properly managed project ensures every aspect of the project, from initiation, planning, execution, control and closing, all runs smoothly and brilliantly.

The secret: Constant monitoring and appropriately timed communications will always ensure the project comes in on time and well within budget.

My strength is listening to what a client wants and translating that into an well-organized, properly-run project. An organized project allows flexibility and adjustments. Keeping trackers current, running reports and constant communication keeps every project on time and on budget are kept allowing for instant profits.

My greatest accomplishments are:

• Taking drive-thru restaurants from cradle to grave on budget and in time bringing in a 30% profit on the project.
• Adding a music system to 100 Claire’s Jewelers Store from quote request to finish with a 35% profit margin and a high satisfaction from the client.
• Making over 100 restaurants atmosphere welcoming with proper music, digital signage and having the music on hold exciting when a customer calls increasing the restaurants profits
• Creating, organizing and managing a four-day seminar for Oracle’s administration department
• Putting on a three-day-film festival from concept to awards night
