Born and raised in beautiful Vancouver, the youngest of 3 to a big family. I am energetic, outgoing, bubbly, attentive, generous person with a big heart!
I am happiest when I've got my running shoes on and I'm running near the water or on the trails, throw a mountain bike in there and I'm set! If I'm not running I'm with my family, friends, niece, nephew and godson or giving back in my community where needed.
I strive for constant growth to become a better me all while embracing life and staying positive. Biggest lessons learned so far is happiness is a choice and to embrace life and it's little moments.
