Dianne Thomas
Life Coach in Remote
Greetings, I'm Dianne Thomas and one of the things I'm known for is being a performance coach for highly motivated Black professionals. I love Black people and help them exercise self-determination through coaching them on how to create high performance lives.
I have coached budding entrepreneurs and career professionals as well as nonprofit executives using the Certified High Performance Coaching methodology, a science-based approach developed by the High Performance Institute to help my clients experience lives of full engagement, joy, and confidence.
Currently, I'm working to identify and coach Black professionals seeking to regain their vision and motivation through learning habits and practices that help them gain clarity, generate energy, raise necessity, increase productivity, demonstrate courage, and develop influence.
The KEY to my success is collaborating with Black people who see the benefit in working together to identify business opportunities and build solutions that empower Black people.
I grew up challenging myself to step out of the shadows and take action on things I didn't think were right. I learned to speak up for myself by first speaking up for others. As a single mom, I innately knew that getting myself and my two daughters from striving to thriving was going to be hard, but not as hard as staying where I was and where others expected me to be.
I sought approval from no one and permitted myself to want more. Seeking and claiming empowerment was scary but liberating and I guess that's what's led me to pursue a career in the nonprofit sector and personal development coaching. I admire people who do more than they talk, and who push past fear and naysayers to elevate above their perceived or imposed limitations.
My mission is to be receptive, authentic, compassionate, and trustworthy and to rise to the occasion of service when necessary so that I can help people exceed their expectations about themselves and their impact on their family, friends, and community.
What I love most about what I do are the opportunities I have to help people feel capable through thinking about problems as challenges for which they can derive their solutions
When I'm not working, I'm enjoying my daughters and granddaughters. catching up with friends, learning about Black empowerment from Black authors and online influencers, and staying mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and physically healthy and fit.
