I have six years of working experience in Finance, Human Resources, and Corporate Admin job. Doing Administrative, Payroll, and Financial reports that are focused on Xero Accounting System. I also know how to handle the GIS of the company and I handled the SEC Company account since all submission of SEC Financial/corporate documentation happens online.
I also have Real Estate experience that focuses on Property Management. Our task was to Manage to Sell and Market the units for Long Term Lease and Hotel Short Term bookings, that is my recent job. Our Investors are all foreigners that are based abroad. Our communications happen through email and WhatsApp. Here I learned how to use CRM and Airtable.
My employers were all foreigners, and with that, I am used to dealing with foreign bosses that cultivate my skills in terms of communication.
