Dia Seltenreich
Writer and Speaker
Dia Seltenreich Latina–European at heart, her everyday life flows between Spanish, German, and English, sometimes all in the same sentence (or, as she jokes, from trilingual to try-later). Her voice, shaped by cultures, languages, and lived experience, is raw, imperfect, and deeply human.
She never set out to be a writer, but words became her way of breathing when life felt heavy. Today, through her books, her voice, and an online community of more than 400,000 people, Dia shares honest conversations about healing, boundaries, self-worth, and the messy beauty of becoming yourself. Her books: The Mind’s Blueprint for Life, You Absof**kinglutely Got This and Absof**kinglutely, have reached readers worldwide who, like her, know what it means to overthink, overlove, and sometimes feel “too much.”

Q&A with Dia
Q: Who is Dia outside of books and social media?
A woman still figuring life out, imperfect, passionate, sometimes chaotic, but always real. I’m not here to play a role; I’m here to live my truth and share it.
Q: What makes you proudest about your identity?
Speaking three languages, and carrying cultures in my daily life. It taught me to see the beauty in being particular, in being different, and that we don’t need to fit into one box to belong.
Q: Why do you write and speak so openly?
Because I know what it feels like to lose yourself. To smile while carrying shame and doubt inside. I never want anyone to feel they’re the only one going through that. My words are my way of saying: you’re not alone.
Q: What do you want people to feel when they read or hear you?
Less pressure to be perfect. More freedom to be human. If my words make someone breathe easier or remember they’re enough, then I’ve done my job.
Q: What’s next for you?
Expanding into new formats. I’ve started sharing voice notes and videos, and soon they’ll grow into a podcast. I want people not just to read my words, but to hear them, to feel them, because sometimes a voice reaches where text alone can’t.
